If it was up to me I'd have all of your problems figured out Right now your hopes and dreams would not be busted!!! If you don't elect me Expect to live in poverty Cause those other men just can't be trusted If it was up to me (A vigilante) I'd end hypocrisy (the horror) I'd even kiss babies (anarchy) What's it gonna take before you believe Takin' your matters into my own hands Fresh rhetoric is always in demand Welcome to the party, don't appear naive Cause no one in this business wears their heart on their sleeve The state of things is sad It really makes me mad Well, I'm here to prove that one man can make a difference Well, as far as I can see The possibility of freedom can't exist with intolerance If it was up to me (A vigilante) I'd end hypocrisy (the horror) I'd even kiss babies (anarchy) What's it gonna take before you believe Takin' your matters into my own hands Fresh rhetoric is always in demand Welcome to the party, don't appear naive Cause no one in this business wears their heart on their sleeve Well, if it was up to me If it was up to me If it was up to me Well, if it was up to me If it was up to me If it was up to me Ahhh, it's not up to me

I've told you all this before The reason we're together's cause we understand each other Blind trust never felt so good I want this for forever Why won't you come closer?? I'm not sure I know how you feel Is our communication stronger without words? If I'm reading this one wrong just tell me ... and if you want I'll go away You've done some strange things to me I want us to be honest If the timing's just bad for us? Last words, I'm not sure when I'll see you You meant so much to me, why'd you have to leave? I'm not sure I know how you feel Is our communication stronger without words? If I'm reading this one wrong just tell me ... and if you want I'll go away I've told you all this before I've told you all this before Did you listen? I wish I told you this before Did you listen? I wish I told you this before Would you have listened?

Fuck A.O.R. 02:11
You don't do anything for me You lie the music isn't really free You play commercials that we don't wanna hear It's too obvious you're not sincere Every time I turn it on, I hear the same old thing "Oh people wasn't that band great?" It's depressing Advertisers got your balls You can only blame yourselves Motherf*cker you're just like a sheep, never rebel I can't take it any more Look what you've done to music I don't trust you any more No integrity I don't like you any more Continue to abuse it F*ck you A.O.R.! I turned on the radio It didn't show me where to go It says that we can maintain the status quo Same song I heard an hour ago You don't do anything for me You lie the music isn't really free You play commercials that we don't wanna hear It's too obvious you're not sincere Every time I turn it on, I hear the same old thing "Oh people wasn't that band great?" It's depressing Advertisers got your balls You can only blame yourselves Motherf*cker you're just like a sheep, never rebel I can't take it any more Look what you've done to music I don't trust you any more No integrity I don't like you any more Continue to abuse it F*ck you A.O.R.! Every time I turn it on, I hear the same old thing "Oh people wasn't that band great?" It's depressing Advertisers got your balls You can only blame yourselves Motherf*cker you're just like a sheep, never rebel I can't take it any more Look what you've done to music I don't like you any more No integrity I don't trust you any more Continue to abuse it F*ck you A.O.R.!

I don't want to go to work I'd rather lie here Lost all my ambition My position isn't clear Thought this was the beginning Now I'm told it's the end I can't even describe the condition that I'm in I don't want to listen to some positive role model Telling me to make the best of it Tell me that I shouldn't live my life off of a bottle Think so much I can't sleep at night Whatever doesn't kill me's got to make me stronger (doesn't kill me, got to make me stronger) Whatever doesn't kill me's got to make me stronger (doesn't kill me, got to make me stronger) Where's my inspiration now Feel like I don't exist and every time I look up somebody's got me to the test Would like to ignore you all But why the f*ck should I Shut my mind off to the world I'm not disqualified yet Wish I could slow it down It all goes by so fast At odds with myself for being laid back and tight assed Where is my life headed? I used to think I knew Before my plans got stepped on and screwed Whatever doesn't kill me's got to make me stronger (doesn't kill me, got to make me stronger) Whatever doesn't kill me's got to make me stronger (doesn't kill me, got to make me stronger) Where's my inspiration now Feel like I don't exist and every time I look up somebody's got me to the test Would like to ignore you all But why the f*ck should I Shut my mind off to the world I'm not disqualified yet

about

Bastard Squad Boston, Massachusetts

Bastard Squad had a short fiery life during the mid 90s punk renaissance in Boston. We released a bunch of recordings, and played a ton of shows "back in the day." Most at the Rat in Kenmore. The Saturday shows were unbeatable with bands like The Freeze, Gang Green, Dropkick Murphys, Showcase Showdown, Ignite, Good Riddance, and Swingin' Utters. We made tons of great friends during those days. ... more
